The Joint Sunday School / Missions Convention of the Church of the Nazarene Trinidad & Tobago District was held on February 22, 2014 at the Arima Church of the Nazarene from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Convention opened with a praise & worship session that was followed by a Devotional by the Rev. Gregson Francis, Pastor of the Lowlands Nazarene House of Praise on the Island of Tobago. Rev. Francis challenged delegates to
 
  •   *Intensely reminisce on their conversion experience;
  •  
  •   *Intently reach out to persons in need of Christ's emancipation;
  •  
  •   *Inspire repeatedly with the convincing power of the Spirit;
  •  
  •   *Look for ways to serve friends, neighbors, and family;
  •  
  •   *Develop friendships for the sake of the Kingdom.

Reports were presented by the officers of both the SDMi / NMI, including those by NMI President Leonard Grant and SDMI President Cindy Ann Collymore, both of whom were re-elected for a new two-year term.
 
District SDMI President Cindy Ann Collymore gave a quick Sunday School Object Lesson on presenting the Gospel in a creative, inexpensive way to the Convention. 
 
District Superintendent Dr. Victor George installed the newly elected officers to their new offices.
