D'Abadie Church of the Nazarene |
|
Introduction The D’Abadie Church of the Nazarene was the third Church of the Nazarene to be organized in 1982. Its first location was Red Hill, D’Abadie and later the sanctuary was relocated to Flamengo Road, Maloney. In many respects D’Abadie was an overflowing of the Tunapuna Church of the Nazarene. The initial and most consistent drive for the establishment of the work came from the Reverend Hugh Connor while he was still the leader of the Tunapuna Nazarene and when the church was formally organized, the majority of the charter members of d’Abadie were part of the older generation of Tunapuna Nazarene.
